Bosslady started full-time work this week. For this week, she’s working the day shift but next week it will be the 3rd shift. Yesterday was so calm. I picked Peep up from school, got the big three off the bus, then Mama Bear picked up the rest of the crew and we did afternoon stuff together. It went really well, actually. That’s gonna be the routine again today too, I think. Idk about tomorrow because it’s Halloween. Next week, I’ll be bringing Peep home and then we have to shut the fuck up because Bosslady will be sleeping.

Last weekend, we told the Moms that we are trying. They are thrilled. I’m not optimistic for this month. I didn’t have any blazing positive opks so I’m not sure if I ovulated. I’m trying not to think about it. I’ve heard stress makes it worse. I’ve been taking my prenatals, cutting WAYYYY back on caffeine, and eating well. I’ve dropped a few more pounds, too, almost at 80 total. Fingers crossed, I guess, but I’m not hopeful.

Pre-k Mommy wants to have a coffee date with me or a playdate with Peep and her kids. I’m excited. I don’t know how to make friends as an adult but I miss socialization.

Speaking of socialization, DH and I are going to a Halloween party this weekend. We can’t really afford to bring anything so we’re probably gonna be the only sober ones at this party. I don’t want to go but DH wants to see his friend… uhh… he doesn’t have a nickname yet. Beard. He wants to hang out with Beard. So we’re gonna go.
I have about an hour of quiet left so I should get some school stuff done
