I work days and Talan works Nights I work 6 am to 6 pm. He works 6 pm on to 6 am. Between both of us when we work a full 24 hours in 1 day! We go days at a time without seeing one another. We got in habit buying our food at gas stations! The cost got ridiculous. I often bought salad, fruit tray, meat and cheese tray with several energy drinks.

Talan and i text discussing this issues once i got cellphone service back. because our work place has no cell service we decided while he is at work overnights i will cook us crockpot meals before i go to bed. It should be ready by time i go to work and he comes home. Tomorrow our meal is Sam’s Club meatball stroganoff. The next day is chicken and dumplings! These freezer crock pot meals will save us ton not buying food at gas stations.

Today i had a day off Talan came home around 7 am. I decided to let him sleep. I had a day off. I went to the thrift shop bought 3 dresses for $16. I checked the mail went to Coolridge which is a smoke shop and bought another dress. I love dresses. It is getting to cold outside to wear them but that wont stop me from using them as night gowns till the spring!

When Talan woke up for work he suggested me wearing 1 dress for a date night. Before we got married date nights rarely happen now he attempts it 1 a week if we manage to see each other before work. I think he feels guilty what little time we got for each other.

He teased me today about us having a baby since that what traditional couples do after getting married. I asked him if we could afford one of us to stay home and raise a baby. He got quiet.. Idk what is in his head.

I havent seen most of my friends in weeks. Either i work or just to tired. I need to go to bed soon. I got to wake up at 3 am to get ready to be at work by 6. I stay tired. I might find a job closer to home. The 2 hour drive 1 way is exhausting.. Night!
