Complaints, I've made a few in Drink Drunk Distraction

All the time now, it seems like I’m complaining. Walking miles with a screaming baby on my shoulder, doing laps of the lounge room. Getting up at 5am. Work is horrible. Wife is angry. Money is short, as is my patience.
What happened to context and feeling how lucky I am? Just sort of having a pity party here at the moment. Jesus. I need to sort that out.
Still… the exercise helps. As does the eating well.
Guess sometimes you just have bad days.

Hey keep going, baby steps! It's bloody hard with lack of sleep and a new baby, as I sure you remember from the last times but it'll be worth it x
