Awful Mess in Book Five: Working Through the Maze 2018

So, this Monday may be my worst on record!

Last night after getting home late-ish from the Work Event, it was off to bed. I slept until about 12:14 a.m. Couldn’t get back to sleep. Went into the living room, vegged, went to sleep in the guest room at about 2:30. Slept until 4:58 a.m. Got up, vegged a bit more, went to sleep back in the regular bed at about 5:50 a.m. Woke up again at 8. So, all told… I got about 5 hours of highly interrupted sleep. So I am presently incredibly exhausted… my back, shoulders, legs, and neck hurt a LOT. I can barely keep my eyes open and I’m drifting to sleep at work. I am so tired. Bugger.

Cut-out the vegging and try to stay in bed. If your mind is too active, your body will know what do to and bring Sleep Mode if you let it. Another thing is doing stretches..or doing 20 press-ups..improving blood circulation makes a BIG difference...it does in my case. I often resolve into making my body tired so that it'll pull out sleep mode and override my conscious mind. Try it ;)
