Your body will adjust. Give it time. It will get better. Let your taste buds adapt. It's hard but don't give up.

I'm not sure what you mean by diet food but if you are talking about fruit and vegetables try not to think of it as diet food. Fruits and vegetables are real food. Food as it should be, i.e., not processed and loaded with sugars and unhealthy fats and too much sodium and too many chemicals.
