Have you ever loved someone...? in From my eyes...

That can’t love you in the same capacity that you need. The love is there but neither of you care enough to move forward. You’re trying to move forward and one of you can only look back and speak on the “what was” instead of “what can be?” I either end up falling for the (wo)man that loves me far to much in far too little time, the one who loves me but isn’t completely ready to settle down, the one who thinks they’re ready to settle down yet single life tendencies never cease…or I meet the one who is ready to settle down but they don’t think they deserve the happiness the other person brings… I don’t believe in perfection. There isn’t one person out there who is “perfect” in my eyes, just someone who balances me where I’m too extreme and I balance that person out in the areas that they are not…like Ying and Yang…

You're right, perfection doesn't exist, but someone can be perfect for one another. It's rare, but possible. I think at some point though we've all been in your shoes at one time or another.
