Idk what my deal is right now but I just got hit with immense sadness. Like super heavy crying. I don’t cry. But I gotta say I do feel better now. But fuckkkk. That’s some rough shit right there. I was listening to “Tus Pies” by Nahko and MFTP and I thougth about Matt and Alex, and then bc of the video, I started thinking about my dad and about how losing him would suck too. #depression the snowball effect is real.
Idk. I just got to thinking about things and this extreme feeling of actual loneliness hit. Like. Nothing can really make this better, its just something I have to really FEEL.

I’ll be okay though. I know I will. Tomorrow is a new day, this is a temporary feeling. It’ll be alright.
