Here’s a little back ground. I met GC two summers ago when we worked together. We both just wanted something playful for the summer, but by then end we both had developed strong feeling. The only problem was that neither of us spoke up and said anything. I left for school and he started to drift away. By December he wasn’t talking to me at all. It wasn’t till a few months later that he started talking to me again. By then I had started talking to someone else (we’ll call him WT) and told him we could be just friends. Of course that didn’t last long. Before I knew it we were talk like boyfriend and girlfriend without officially being it and by then it was summer again and I headed to California. Later on I stopped seeing WT, but GC was seeing someone else. We got into an argument and stopped talking. After a couple weeks of not talking, it was the end of summer and I was heading back to school.

After being about a week at school GC was talking to me again. Weeks had past we were doing great, talking everyday, and happily in love. Then, one week he grew very distant not talking to me very much. One thing you should know is he has a daughter with someone else, but I know he doesn’t have romantic feelings for the mother, so I was fine with it. That Friday night we were talking and I was begging him to tell me what was going on and he really didn’t want to. He finally did and it was the one thing I never thought would happen. The girl from that summer was pregnant. He didn’t know what to do and I was stunned and heart broken. I told him that I’d support whatever decision he made, but I also said that if he had any feeling for the mother then he should try and make things work with her for the baby, but if that was his choice then we couldn’t be in each others lives for the sake of everyone and their relationship. After about a week that’s what he decided. That night we said goodnight and goodbye…
