  1. In this order, put these ingredients in the bread machine: water, olive oil, salt, flour, and yeast. Set the machine to pizza dough, or dough depending on the machine
  2. When finished, remove the dough from the machine, punch, and split in 2.
  3. Form 2 balls. Allow to rise on a lightly floured surface, covered with a clean paper towel for 40 minutes.
  4. preheat the oven for 450 and Roll out two 12 inch rounds.
  5. Top one half with sauce, mozz cheese, ricotta, and desired toppings.
  6. In a small bowl mix up the egg with a fork to make a wash.
  7. Brush the edges of the dough with the wash.
  8. Fold the pizza in half. Press the edges with a fork, and then brush the entire top of the dough with the wash.
  9. Cut 3 slits across the top.
  10. Bake for about 20 minutes on a parchment paper (must say oven safe on the box) lined banking sheet on the middle oven rack.
