Pizza Dough:

1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
3 cups unbleached flour
1 tbsp active dry yeast.

Toppings:
pizza sauce
mozz cheese
anything else you want

  1. In this order, put these ingredients in the bread machine: water, olive oil, salt, flour, and yeast. Set the machine to pizza dough, or dough depending on the machine.
  2. When the dough is finished, turn off the machine, and leave the dough in the warm machine to finish rising for 40 minutes.
  3. preheat the oven to 450.
  4. Remove the dough from the machine, form into a ball on a lightly floured surface. Punch in the middle and kneed it for a couple of minutes. This will help with the stickyness.
  5. Put the dough in the center of your pizza pan. This one fit into an 18 inch rectangle non stick sheet. The pizza is the equivalent of a take out medium.
  6. Roll out the dough to fit in the pan using a rolling pin and/or your hands. Use your fingers to pinch out a little at the edge to form a crust. There is no specific way to do this. If it looks like a crust, go with it.
  7. Spread on sauce, mozz cheese, and toppings.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes on the middle rack.

The pizza shown above is topped with pepperoni, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and tomatoes.
