Welp.. my parents came over to my John and I’s apartment. First time since we have moved in. What bothers me is they go to my brothers, Nathan, all the time (mostly it’s to see his daughter Aubriella). At least my brother thinks that.
My mother is the worst about showing attention. If I come in the house while Aubrie and my mom are together my mom gets pissy with me cause she comes running up to me and gives me hugs. Not to mention we all know that my parents aren’t a big fan my Nathan’s girlfriend Shelby ( Aubriella’s mom). Which is a good and bad thing. They don’t like how Shelby is open minded and says what she feels, if anything I’m glad that she is honest instead of lying about it.
Maybe on another entry I’ll tell you the back story on Nathan and Shelbys relationship! Very interesting read let me tell ya!☺️
I asked my mother the other day why she never comes over for dinner. She replied with you’ve only asked once. Well still.. it’s at least the thought that counts right? Or am I just over thinking it? You go over to my brothers all the time.. it’s because they don’t wanna come to our house. DUMB EXCUSE! If that is the case maybe it’s because they don’t like how you treat them..
I feel like if you wanted to spend time with your kids separately you would want to. I mean I understand you finally have your kids out of the house and into their own, which means more time for yourself. I get that. But I just feel like the effort isn’t there anymore. Ever since my brother and I moved out it’s just been nothing but drama. It gets very old and I have no idea how to fix it.. 😑
