Cancer Rehab & Personal Training in Live Through It

To mitigate the after-effects of chemotherapy, mainly neuropathy, I enrolled in cancer rehab in February. The program helps me improve my balance and strength so I can live more safely with nerve damage. Starting in June, I added personal training to the regimen. This means I am in the gym 2-5 times per week.

I love it.

I am going to start tracking my gym days so I can identify and correct weaknesses and celebrate strengths. Keeping records will also develop an archive of workouts I can do on my own.
