SUNSET CLIFFS in Postcards 4

My Windows 7 operating system collapsed the other morning. After an all morning struggle, G discovered that he had initially entered a wrong number in the registration. (Boy, it sure did take forever for Windows to notice this.) Having a black screen instead of the blue screen of death is infinitely more exciting than you could imagine.

I wanted something homey for the new picture on my start page. I found this shot but a version taken on a grey ugly day. At least I wrote down the instructions for changing the picture. Now I get to hunt through the archives for this happy picture instead.

This is the a view of the Sunset Cliffs looking over the Pacific Ocean. That’s Bird S**t Rock. On summer evenings great crowds walk down to the cliffs and wait for the sunset. Yes, there is a green flash. I have seen it. A very delightful way to spend the evening.

  • Himself: Delighted it is Friday. The girls from the pool are still talking about his comments in the hot tub this morning. Forgot to make a reservation for thhe new movie theater yesterday. One of those comfy chair, wait on you in the theater sort of thing. We saw “The Promise.” It was so real….

  • Herself: ….and so emotionally reactive, that I had nightmares all night long. A very gloomy, moving, and beautiful film.

  • Reading: Tami…Not bad, I like what I read so far.

  • 3 Things Done Well Yesterday:Pool, took some new pictures, and went out to a beautiful new theater “The LOT” by a friend.

  • Gratitude’s: That I seem a little stronger.

That rock looks a bit like a splashing bear with a little bear on its back!

That film sounds interesting.

What a gorgeous photo with the waves and the pier in the background. Absolutely perfect.
