The bed leapt out and took a hunk of skin off a leg. I’ve been in the pool with it, but it doesn’t look good. No pool. Darn. But I will go to that class and stretch myself out while letting the silver stuff on my leg do it’s job.
More later.
- Himself: Made a doctor’s appointment and can be found in the hot tub.
- Herself: Before or after class taking pictures of the world. My computer saays that I am not using a genuine copy of Windows. I’ll save everything before I go to class.
- Reading: A well regarded mystery that is too fragmented for my old brain.
- 3 Things Done Well Yesterday:Aerobics, dishes….did I ever tell you that I hate doing the dishes, took an armload of things to the shop.
- Gratitude’s: Friends.

Don't you love the names for roses ? Cabbage rose, Persian rose, China rose , Heirloom roses :-) In Illinois only shrub roses are truly reliable and not all of those :-( Mine have just started blooming.
Ouch about your leg ! Take good care of that .

See "hydrocolloid wound dressings":

After my bypass, there was that pesky incision - these dressings were fantastic, and I use them now for everything and tossed the Band-Aids. They are more expensive, but they work!

Oh I hate when that happens; the door frame grabbed me the other day and left a trail o' red down my forearm. So clumsy I am. I look like a walking billboard for Band Aids.

I have a vanity stool in the bathroom that just loves to reach out and hook my toe every so often.... Often enough to make sure I always have a swollen and black big toe.
