Chemo in Just as advertised

I know that I haven't written in here lately.
My mom will be having a port put in for chemo on the 20th.
I feel like there is something she doesn't want to tell me.
Like she told me they were pre cancerous cells, and I am now I am getting the feeling it is way more.
I feel like I have the right to know, but am unsure how to ask.
She will be having chemo every two weeks for six months.

I'm so sorry about this. If there is something more to tell you, I'm certain she'll do it in her own time. It's got to be hard coming to terms with that kind of news.
