Here's how next year's schedual is looking:

AP French with Madame Belakanovski. Might be slightly terrible, but I'm going to get an A in an AP class!

Electrical Engineering with the other physics teacher. The class basically consists of building stuff from scratch. The teacher is reputed to be a fairly awesome person, and stuff catches on fire a lot.

Chinese with someone they haven't hired yet. Like, possibly just some Chinese person who is not a real teacher. It also might be me and twenty Chinese kids who already speak Chinese. But whatever! I will be learning Chinese, and that will be awesome.

Gym. Twice. Yup.

Concert Band with Mr. Thomas. Haha, concert band.

Advanced Music Theory with Mr. Thomas. I really hope that this will be awesome. I think that it will probably be full of bandies. And perhaps it will help me out with that college thing.

Senior Exhibition with Mr. Thomas. That unconventional jazz band thing. I talked to him, and he said he'd be my advisor. I hope that I will actually use my free period to do crap instead of just hanging out.

Humanities. There are three teachers it is possible to get for this: an amazing one, a terrible one, and one somewhere in the middle. When I (possibly illegally) caught a glimpse of my actual schedule in the guidence office, I found out that I have the one in the middle so far. According to my guidence councelor though, the teachers I have aren't set in stone yet. Standard English class. I took it because of the chance of getting the amazing teacher and because they read No Exit. Oh. We're reading that in AP French too. I just realized that. Yay for reading the same book in two different classes. A book... That I've already read.

AB Calc. It's an AP, but not the one for geniuses. Yes. I have dropped out of the genius league. This means that my friends will not be in my class. However, it means that I might actually be smarter than some people in the class (as opposed to in precalc) and I might actually end up doing well (as opposed to in precalc).

Nothing. There is a big blank spot on my schedual. Not a study, a blank spot. Like, I think I might be able to just go home. Or maybe I'll just think of it as another prep period for my senior exhibition.

That is what I will be doing every day next year. So far, it looks... a lot better than this year.
