Me: Did you give Dave back his pajamas?
Molly: No, I still have them.
Me: Oh. You should probably give them back when there aren't other people around.
Molly: Yeah, I was thinking about how awkward that would be. Like, 'here are your pajamas back, they've been at my house for a while.'
Pause.
Me: He's totally not going to wash them.
Molly: What?
Me: Nothing.
Pause.
Molly: Yeah, he's probably not.
Our whole town is flooded. Actually, our whole state is flooded. It got us out of school today, and it is getting us out of school tomorrow, but it is also kind of concerning. It has not stopped raining for a long time. Eric and his mother had to leave their house and move in with the Taylors because their basement filled completely with water they lost their heat and electricity. That's... sucky and awkward.
I decorated my sack of flour. I named it Thaddeus, after Thaddeus Hogarth, the person with the coolest name in the world. It is pretty adorable, if I do say so myself. That is all.
