week 2 in Healthy Living

I am a little late in posting this. I am trying to update every Thursday when I weigh in, but life sometimes gets in the way. I lost 2.5 pounds at this weigh in. I have been doing well nutritionally and with my water intake. Exercise has also been good. I am doing Les Mills Combat and have only missed one day. Well two if you count yesterday. I went to a live workout and did Insanity (OMG so hard!), so I missed a Les Mills workout but did do another. I am already having people notice the difference even though so far I have only lost 12.5 pounds. This is definitely a boost to help me through tough days. I am also trying to do a better job of giving it to God. I tend to eat when stressed. I need to be the strong one. I forget that God is there to help me through. When I am done with Les Mills combat I will post my before and after pics! Here's another week down!
