Sexiest bone 1. Clavicle 2nd place: none, no other comes close to a sexy collar bone. Someone made the obvious joke that the sexiest bone was the boner, but everyone knows that the human male doesn't have a baculum.
Sexiest muscle 1. Sartorius 2nd place Gluteus maximus (it's too obvious) Honorable mention: sternocleidomastoid (head turner)
