This France trip is ah-MAY-zing! I’m calling it my Champagne Campaign. I’m a little over halfway through this trip and I want to make sure that I write about the following. Here are some blurbs for me to remember:

Rue des Martyrs - main street in the Paris neighborhood where I stayed for the first two days

Hotel Amour - the super sexy hotel: the vibe, the people of the cafe, the rooms, etc.

Sam - my college sweetheart who happened to be in Paris on business the first night I was in Paris. What we did and did not do ;)

The open air market cooking class - the sexy chef, the peeps in my class, what we made and ate and drank

Pascal - Sam introduced me to a friend of his at dinner…what we did and did not do on the second night I was in Paris ;)

Weekend in Reims: Champagnes galore! The different Champagne houses, my time spent when NOT drinking Champagne, etc.
So on that note, I need to get moving. I’m still in Reims, and I have a tour of small vineyards in the area today. My tour will be picking me up in a little over an hour so I need to get going.
It’s magical, you guys. I am loving every last drop!
