The Jamberry wraps I put on ebay did really well! I had them up for a week auction and every day I’d check how the bids were going and I ended up making $290! I was definitely happy with that considering I don’t need them and I still saved plenty for myself to use. It took a bit of time prepping them to mail them all out to people but it was well worth it for that chunk of change. I also finally got the money from the weight loss challenge I did, which turned out to be $72 and I have $70 coming any day now from our insurance since they cover 80% of the cost of the contact lenses I bought myself in February. Feeling fairly rich at the moment lol. I put all that money away for a time when we will need it. Like Christmas or something. I’m considering selling a bit more Jamberry too since they sold so well. And maybe some of my maternity clothes.

Speaking of spending money....we got all ready to go to the beach on Saturday morning to visit my parents and the van wouldn’t start!! We ended up having to call CAA and then bought a battery off of them which they installed cuz somehow ours was just dead. Good thing we have an emergency fund for those sorts of things. It still sucked to have to use it though. We had an awesome time at the beach though. The kids spent endless hours playing in the sand.....Miles finally went in the water at the beach for the first time and kept saying “love it! Loooooove it!!” which cracked me up....and we visited my aunt and uncle there who have their own pool and Summer fully enjoyed her first swim in a pool which was so cute and encouraging since we start Mom and baby aquafit next week!

Cody started senior kindergarten on Wednesday. Beforehand he was all like, “I want to stay home with Mommy” but then we went to visit his new teacher and his new classroom, both of which were awesome, and then he got excited about going. The first morning I dropped him off at school and he suddenly got all shy and sad looking and didn’t want me to leave. But I had to. So I left him with a friend of his that he made last year and I felt terrible as I drove away with a lump in my throat because Cody watched us drive away looking pretty sad. I was so relieved when he came home that day saying he had a great day. It’s not nice to sit at home and think about your kid feeling nervous and wanting you. But now he’s excited to go every day so it’s all good. Phew....lol.

Summer turns 5 months in 4 days!! Where did that time go, eh? She has really started watching us eat these days. She will suck her lips when she sees us eat and just stare and stare. It reminds me of a dog waiting to see if you’ll drop a bite of food haha. I usually don’t feed my babies baby food until they’re 6 months but I feel like she might be ready a bit before that. I love making baby food and I have a brand new baby bullet to use so a part of me can’t wait but I think I’m going to hold off a bit longer. She is still a bit young....and I’m deciding what to start with. Maybe some baby oatmeal. I’m so excited to feed her different things and see her expressions. It’s seriously so fun. For me anyways lol.

Anyways, I could go on forever but Miles and Summer are napping right now and if I don’t hurry up I won’t get a chance to eat lunch. Oh…one last thing....I weighed in this morning at 186.2lbs! Which is down 1.8 pounds from last week. I’m happy with that :) I know it’s going to get a lot harder now since I’m only about 20lbs from my goal. I start a new weight loss challenge with the same ladies and a few more that wanted to join on Monday. It goes for 8 weeks and I am going to try my hardest to win again LOL. Last time over the 8 weeks I lost 10% of my weight and the next closest person only lost 6% of their weight so we’ll see how well the girls do this time :D
