Latitude 42 - Nectar of the Goddess
-Hands down my favorite blood orange/passion fruit/honey wheat ale.
-Hands down my favorite Latitude 42 beer.
-Effervescent.
-Nose: largely passion fruit and honey. The blood orange keeps it from being nasty Short’s Soft Parade/Power of Love nonsense. Gives it all that tart verve I need to feeeeel alive.
-BUILDS. So much fruit on the finish.
-Warms well (surprisingly).

Evil Twin Brewing - Mission Gose
-An “AHA GOTCHA!” for the palate. Surprise, beeches.
-Salty (like my feelin’s).
-Peppery nose. It’s awesome. Also some coriander there.
-Lemongrass-y.
-Tart enough for this tart.

Short’s - Melt My Brain
-Saved the best for last.
-Website’s official description: an experimental Golden Ale brewed with coriander, juniper berries, limes and blended with tonic water to create the tasting experience of drinking a gin and tonic cocktail. Delicate aromas of citrus and pine flow into bold bright flavors of sweet lime with a slightly sticky bitterness. Refreshing and clean, a tasty tonic effervescence provokes the palate for more.
-You need it.
-I need more.
-No more until next summer. If they make more. weeps
