Up 2lbs since re-starting my diet and daily exercise routine.
Clothes fitting ok, but I want better.
Food - eating good fruits and veggies (but I have mixed in some processed frozen stuff...could that be the reason?). Less meat.
No booze since that super drunk girls night on Saturday. Oy.
Upped my exercise 5 extra minutes in the AM (from 25 to 30 super-intense minutes)
I know that it takes time, and I do fluctuate (was down .5 two days ago), but I was just shocked when I stepped on the scale this morning.
Time to exercise. It can't hurt and I KNOW it's not the aerobic part that's making me gain.
