I guess that it’s true that while some people are only in your life for a short period of time, they can leave a lasting impact and even though they are gone now, you still have the good memories from the brief time that they were in your life.
Late last year in August while the pool was still open I met two kids at the pool and we became friends, I only knew them for like a week but I wrote about them in previous entries ( first was August 1st 2015 entry and the last one was when the last time I seen them last year was august 7th entry) Well I was at the pool today because it has been closed the last few days and I seen them come in and it made me happy, I tried talking to them but they didn’t remember me :( so I left them alone. I quietly thanked god for at least letting me see them again and I realized that even though they don’t remember me, I have good memories of them but I still am a little down that they didn’t remember me.
The day I wrote the last entry ( a few days ago I mean) I got pretty sick and I was sick for 2 days but I am feeling better now. I guess that’s all I have to say.
