Sunday evening already??? in Finding me again.....

How is that possible? It was just Friday quitting time a blink ago. Oh well, good thing I like my job and don’t mind Mondays.
We’ve had a weekend packed with music, food and sun. Took a leisurely drive out to Stratford yesterday (in the 30+ heat) and had a great lunch in a little mom and pop shop there. I wish we’d had the foresight to get some tickets for whatever Shakespeare was on stage, but that’ll have to be saved for the next trip out there. Stopped at local market and picked up fresh strawberry pie. Then once we were home we headed downtown, grabbed a tea and went to cop a squat in the park and listen to some live music. The breeze coming off of the lake made the heat so much more bearable. The music was good and the people watching was fantastic (lol)
Today, we actually lazed around until around 11 am, which is extremely unusual for us. Then we did an early afternoon movie and headed to the mall afterward.
Dinner is done now (ginger beef with egg noodles) and ‘R’ has gone out for a bit on the motorcycle. I’ve cleaned up and have laundry going and now just surfing here and reading.
Nothing overly exciting but we enjoyed ourselves immensely :)
