still awake in Finding me again.....

It’s nearly 2am and I’m still awake. WTF? I’m tired so I really don’t know what the issue is. I just can’t seem to turn my mind off. And I just realized while typing this that I have a wicked paper cut on one of my fingers. Add that to the finger that still has a bit of a thistle in it and typing is grand - list text here:)
It’s two weeks till we head to the mountains for the July 1 long weekend. We’ve rented a cabin and I can’t wait to get there. It looks amazing on the website and got really good reviews. The weekend after that we’re headed up Algonquin way for a stone carving introductory course. Bed and breakfast for accommodations there. I’m excited for that one too.
Em will be coming home this weekend for Father’s Day. ‘R’ is hoping they can do a Poppa/daughter motorcycle outing while she’s here. He does love that and it would really make him happy to spend some time on the bikes with her. I’m not certain if she’s home Friday or Saturday. Friday would be simplest since I could just pick her up at the train station on my way home from work. I’ll have to talk to her tomorrow and find out the plan.
We ordered ‘R’ a new Lego for Father’s Day. the new Porsche they just released. The thing was out of stock on the website the same day it came out. So no guarantees his will be here for this weekend. We may have to wrap up a photo of it (haha) And plans to take ‘R’ to his favourite place for Sunday brunch, the one with the cheesecake stuffed French toast. Should be a good weekend.
