Boneless Spareribs in Recipes

Ingredients for Marinade:
1 lb lean pork
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs soy sauce
5 Tbs sugar 2 Tbs cooking wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs Hoisin sauce

Optional:
1 tsp five-season powder
1 tsp ground bean sauce
Pepper to taste Red food coloring
1 tsp honey

Preparation:
1. Cut meat into long strips of 1 1/2 inches thick.
2. Marinade meat for several hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 450 F and roast the meat on a rack for 45 minutes.
4. Cool & Slice meat.
