Beating myself up in In the Kingdom of Suzu

After losing 10 lbs, having this latest fat grafting which gave me a flat stomach, what did I do after work? Yep shoveled food in, feel awful and disgusted with myself. I also overrate yesterday but this was the worst—I WILL and MUST do better tomorrow, I have worked too hard to slip back.
