Wow do you really think it was more likely that a slave woman would have a mulatto baby than white woman? Really? Groundbreaking stuff. Yes, let’s all make ourselves think about her being raped without mentioning it.
But anyway, she was a nice lady. She was sharing her Ancestry DNA results. I always thought those were cool, I bought myself a kit too. Maybe I’ll go show it to her and speculate that I have one white ancestor (“maybe he raped my slave great great great great....”) even when mine comes back at like 15%
