Gifts are all wrapped. Vanilla treats done. Champagne is already chillin’ at my parents’ place (thanks to leaving the bottle at Thanksgiving). I think I’m ready to head over there tomorrow.
Have had two insanely lovely (weather-wise) days. I’ve done as little as possible, which includes:
- Not checking my work email
- Not checking in at all at work
- Lunch with SexyPants
- Mani/Pedi with SexyPants (he’s super fancy-gay like that)
- Lots and lots of walking the dog
- Drinks on the roof to celebrate the Winter Solstice
- Shopping for myself (workout clothes so that’s OK)
- Lunches on the patio in the gorgeous sunshine
- Cute texts with SHIP
- Wrapping presents
- Laundry and some other borings stuff
Tomorrow I will go to Mom and Dad’s at the lake and will relax some more! I’m looking forward to it.
In the meantime, have sweet, sweet dreams, lovers.
