I have waited for SO long for this day to arrive~ Freedom!
It’s one town over so it won’t be too far if I need Joe to pick up Rx’s or the like. But it’s far enough away that folks won’t just drop in unexpectedly.
It’s five rooms, two bedrooms, which means I can write off my Work at Home expenses at the end of the year. And my cat is allowed!!!!! Oh, and a DECK! I can go outside! I’ve missed that so much. No dishwasher, which is a little disappointing, but it is after all, just me. And no laundry. I took care of THAT a few minutes ago. I bought a “Portable 2.1 cubic ft. washer”. All the reviews were good, and a video on UTUBE helped as well. I will have to hang it to dry, but I found a 5 line indoor clothes line that will hang right over my bathtub, so I’m in business. All I need now, is lamps.
I will have access as of 2/15/16 and am planning to move in on 2/20/16. Let the packing begin!
Joe has advised that I can have the 2 window A/C units he has, as he doesn’t intend to use them. That will keep me in good shape. I also bought 2 oscillating table top tower fans. So I’m good there, as well.
I CANNOT WAIT!!!!
No one in my way. No having to wait for 3 other people to get out of the bathroom. No more whining, no more fighting and hollering. No more BULLSHIT! I feel like a POW who’s just been released, or someone who just won the lottery!!!!
Five years in this household was a misery. I’m not sorry I did it. It was the right thing to do. But I’m done. There’s nothing else I can do here. It’s time for Joe to stand on his own two feet, step up to the plate, and GET IT DONE! I gave him ample time to be ready. Now, it’s up to him!
And when Amy comes up, she can stay with ME!!!!!
