Sometimes I wish Little L wouldn’t give such a damn about the next door neighbour.
As soon as anything exciting happens, she runs to the fence and calls out to her to tell her.
I get that it’s cute, and I get that the neighbour is Little L’s only friend she feels completely comfortable with at the moment, but the neighbour is a little shit. And that’s why I wish Little L didn’t give such a damn about her.
Also, it kind of ruins fun/exciting family moments.
Oh well.

It makes for cute stories, though; plus, can you imagine how much joy that's got to bring to the ears of any neighbors who hear it? I'd melt and die of glee.
