Cannon turned three yesterday. He is riding the bus to and from school, and he doesn’t mind it. He’s such a big boy. Where has the time gone! He got lots of new Thomas trains for his birthday. :)

School started for me this past week. I’m really tired, and overwhelmed. I think I’ve bit off more than I can chew, but I’ll probably get through it.

I had to teach a lesson on the Borgias today for one of the world history classes (it was a worksheet with text and questions over the text) and it went really horribly. He didn’t give me much time to prepare and I’ve never taught anything before, so it was kind of a disaster. The students were really bored and so was I. It was difficult to get through. Ugh. Maybe this isn’t right for me, but the hell am I going to do? I’ve spent all this time and money on this degree so I kind of have to finish it.

I just miss my kids when I’m gone at the school.
