Super Soul Sunday in Plan B

Sue Monk Kidd is on and I love how she speaks. She is an author. She wrote “In the Life of Bees”....great book. Started out sunny now ending up in clouds again. It’s ok. Today I feel like doing some things around the house. Yesturday I felt like Sharon says - a slug. I did. Taking care of people is a huge nrg drainer. It depletes me of all my nrg that I need for myself. It’s ok. I just need a day to recharge and yesturday was it. I even ate crappy which is so not me but the thought of fixing a meal - no.
Just called the cable company and they upped their services to $117 a month. I am going to wait to the first of august and see what promotions they have then go from there. If not just go down to basic on all aspects. I don’t do netflix or game. So we will see. A buck twenty is a month is a bit much for me. I always round up on all my bills. Makes life easier.
I have to round up all my clothes today that I used during the fall of the rains and hang them back up and fold all the towels that I used for the kids and place them back out on the chair because more rain is coming. It is time to get a move on before the feeling leaves me. Thankfully getting things in order dosn’t take me long and thankfully I do “have” things to get in order. I call it active meditation. Keeps me moving and gets things done. I am blessed.
