Just a Quicky Tuesday, April 22, 2008
Today I felt great all day long. What a difference in how I feel! I am so happy now!
Tomorrow I am going to look at a house! It's a foreclosure that is listed at 39,900. It's a 3 bedroom with one bath. It has an attached garage and a big back yard that is all fenced in. It's not a picture perfect house, of course. It needs some work. However, I don't know how much work it needs. Being that I work for an apartment complex, I get great deals on carpet layers, carpet cleaners, painters, and I can buy house hold items for great deals! Plus, I have learned how to fix a lot of stuff on my own! I pray it doesn't need too much. However, at the price it is, I could put another 10,000 into it and the price is still affordable.
I find out what the baby is in less then two weeks! On May 5th! I kind of want a girl now! The last heatbeat was 140 so my doctor guesses a boy. Any other guesses out there?
Anyway... that's about all I wanted to say. I am geeked.

Katie's heartbeat was all over the place...130's-160's.
My sister was SURE she was having a girl because the heartrate was consistently in the 150's. That was my first NEPHEW, so you never can tell. :)
The house sounds like an AMAZING deal! That would be terrific!

Sounds like a boy but you should take a belly pic and we could all guess depending on how you are carrying.
That is an awesome price, hopefully it doesn't need too much work.crosses fingers

foreclosures are the best, and right now with the market down so low is the best time to get a house. I know you have struggles, but God will fulfill your needs. :) [My Dream] [p]
