Tomorrow Tuesday, December 11, 2007

Tomorrow I find out my grade in my Writ 122 class. I am so nervous. My writing class was a portfolio class and what that is is this: we write 4 essays. We pick 2 of the four to be viewed by 2 outside readers who in return give us a pass or a fail. The good thing about the class is, after you write these papers you can hand them in over and over and have them read and corrected/commented on. The first time I took this class I was lazy and didn't ever turn my papers in and have them corrected. My portfolio ended up failing, but my professor passed me because I was at class every day. (lucky!) This time I took extra time and really tried. Tomorrow I find out if my hard work paid off.

Tomorrow I have my math final. I am a little nervous. However, I have a 101.7 % grade in the class so I am not that nervous. If I get a 58% or higher on the final I will still get a 4.0 in the class. So yeah, not that scared.

Tomorrow is my company Christmas party. I really should go. However, I have my biology exam the next day. So in that sense, I really shouldn't go! I would get my christmas bonus, which I really need, if I go. If I don't go, I don't get it until later. Who knows when? Not sure what I am going to do.

Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day for sure. I am excitedly nervous about it. I can't wait for it to get here, but at the same time I am nervous about it so I am wishing it to stay away. I really hope that all is good tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed!

Good luck Shannon! (Though I don't think you'll need any luck, you're a very good student)

Can you maybe just hang out at the Christmas party long enough to get your bonus and then slip away? I guarantee you won't be the only one doing that :-)
