Beige is not a boring colour. in Other life events.

I guess when buying a car that is a total wreck you have to have optimism to start out with and then bolster that with even more optimism when you find out it’s even worse than you had imagined.

To sum up past few months progress i started stripping the whole car back to bare metal and putting special attention into the engine bay, firstly removing any rust and then flatting back every shred of paint in there which left a flurry of different paint colours by the time i was done. The engine bay was then given a coat of red oxide primer then flatted back, given a coat of grey oxide celulose primer flatted back once again and then given 4 coats of cordoba beige. Here is some pictures at least, i hope the rest of the car turns out like this if i keep doing it correctly.

not much else to talk about, real life has had stuff going on but can’t be bothered talking about it so we’ll keep it positive for now. Beige is a colour too that shouldn’t of died in the 70’s!
