Health Update Friday, April 06, 2007

I have a meeting with my surgeon this coming Monday. (April 9th) I will then find out exactly what needs to be done and when.

That's all about Galstones.

Now the IBS problem could possibly go away with the removal of gall bladder. However, I still went to the specialist meeting I had scheduled from 2 months ago. She scheduled me for a colonascopy on May 24th. She gave me paper work on how that is done and after reading it I discovered that the actual procedure will be easy, it's the 2 days preperation that is going to suck. Lets just say the day before I will have to take meds that "clear me out" in which takes about 3 hours. Ugggh. That's just wrong on so many levels.

On a lighter note, Derek might go to Easter dinner with me. I can tell he's nervous about it and doesn't really want to. He told his mom he was going there, but he also hinted to me he might be able to make both places. I hope so. However, if he can't that's ok too. Less stress on me!

I had today off from work. I got a lot done on my apartment. Almost everything is where I want it. I am just working on my piano room. I am decorating it and putting up pictures. I am printing off pictures and hanging them on the wall. I still havn't got my piano connected to the computer yet. I am still working on that.

I guess that's all.

Well, I hate to say this, but it will probably last longer than the 3 hrs. I hope that the IBS does go away after you have your gallbladder surgery. [One Crazy Mom] [p] 4/6/2007 9:43:51 PM
