Unwanted Drama in Teaching Times

For the past two weeks I have tried to turn my friendship with my grade team partner into just a professional working relationship. it has not been so successful as she took it as me staging a high school type girl war. Lots of loaded silences and refusing to come to required meetings. Which of course reinforces the reason I didn't want to be her friend in the first place. Ah well. She was actually civil in a meeting today so hopefully things will turn around.
