Day 1 - entry a day. So far so good as I’ve actually written three days in a row now!
And yes, I realize that I’m barely squeaking this one out, but…here it is.
Had a busy day! Took my baby puppy to my parents’ place this morning/afternoon. She’s going to stay with them for a week while I go on a business trip. I’m leaving for Florida, but not until super early Tuesday morning. Still, they live far enough away that I can’t just simply drop her off quickly. Had to make an ordeal out of it I hope she is OK…my parents are getting a bit too old for a puppy - I think they prefer something that doesn’t move around so quickly. She will keep them on their toes, for sure.
In other news, the Bulldog made me dinner tonight, and while he was cooking, we had a great conversation. See, I told him about how I was not going to drink alcohol during the month of March. In fact, I’ve been telling him about this plan for a few days now. And I guess he thought a lot about it and he’s made a decision for the month of March as well.
He’s decided not to complain about things during this time - just to see how things change when he outwardly makes an effort to be less negative! Can you believe this? Of course, I was thrilled to hear this!! He said some really nice things to me about how I’ve made a big impact on his life. It made me feel really, really good.
So good that I gave him a nice BJ (ha!). And then he gave me some nice things back.
Anyway, I am pretty excited about the month of March. How about you?
