Hoping for the Best in Plan B

Tomorrow my great neice is getting a major operation. She is getting her spleen and gall bladder taken out and her liver checked on. She is yellow as mac n cheese. She has been sick for 5 years now. Her red blood cells don’t know how to stay alive. They die quickly. She has had 100’s of blood transfusions and besides that she has asthma and ecsama. Of course I am not going because her immune system is so compromised. It will be a heavy day.
My sister down south is helping as much as she can. Getting in things that she will need for the next 60 days like laundry det. t.p. paper towles and things like that because Lisa won’t be able to work either. She won’t be able to go to school for at least a month. Ugh. Milk n cookie time. Wish milk n cookies solved everything.
