I updated my profile “about me” section. It was blank before. I never know how to describe myself, but I think I have a good start now.
The list: “Mother. Spouse. Feminist. Vintage-loving. Coffee-obsessed. Wannabe historian. Aspiring librarian.”
I’d say all of that describes me quite well. I’m still trying to figure out “who I am” but I think I am always changing and trying to better who I am. There are always going to be things that I identify with though. I hope that I’m always able to keep those things true about myself.
I thought of a poem when I was driving the other day, but of course I couldn’t write it down and forgot.
It’s a start. A start to getting “me” back, as well as figuring out who I am now.
