yeah so on fri. the............uh..............13th [hm.........] of this month I decided that i’d eat 3 things a day [not meals just things] for 2 wks. i’m now on day 2 of wk 2. the last time I did this was back in nov., so. and then i’ll up it to 4.......and 5.........and so on hopefully.

I haven’t really noticed any changes. I mean i’m not losing weight but i’m not gaining a whole helluva lot either. but I think it’s also what, I’ve been eating. if I eat like. muffins and mini donuts and such then I can gain 5 lbs. in a wk. at most. so it’ll take awhile. I think it’s more that Stephanie and them want to make sure I’ve gained [I’ve not been weighed in almost 6 wks. and I don’t want to be] rather than how I do it. if I eat something w/ a lot of calories then i’m going to gain quicker then if I don’t. and I realize it doesn’t ‘make up for’ all the time I didn’t eat well. no that was yrs. and yrs. of not eating well. the time I’ve been eating well doesn’t equate to that. no I get that. maybe this’ll be it but I really don’t know. I’ve been eating. just. not around them.
