What else? in Plan B

I don’t go to movies so I don’t care about the oscars or the dresses. So I am watching comedy central and chilling.
Wednesday my great neice who is 7 is going to have her spleen and gall bladder taken out and her liver checked on. She has been sick for a good couple of years. She also has something wrong with her blood. That has been on going. She had so many blood transfusions - countless - she is the reason I became a blood donor. Her immune system is messed up. I will pray for her and light a candle. You know what else is sad? Lisa’s Mom ( my f-upped ) sister lives walking distance from the hospital and she dosn’t even know this is going on. None of the family members have heard from her in over 2 weeks. Everyone thinks she is drinking again. That is why I have no more contact with her. O! Then the gov gives her $27 k. I have no idea how she got it and I don’t care I just want her to help with her daughter. She needs a new car. But we all know that isn’t going to happen.
Sitting at my clients home today and all of a sudden my left arm breaks out in a red hot rash. At first I thought I got bit by a spider. Then with in 2 minutes or less blisters came out. I have one very large one and 3 or so small ones. I went to CVS and had the pharmacist look at it and she suspected shingles so did I. Tomorrow going to the doctors. I am contagious but as long as I keep my arm covered with a bandage I’m good. Going to wear my lab coat also just as an extra protection.
I just want everything to be ok for my neice. My heart goes out to her. My heart is heavy. I need to get something to eat then head off to bed.
