Sorry, Can't Help It Saturday, September 16, 2006

Honestly...

I am looking for EVERY indication that I am pregnant. Everytime I get hungry I look for feelings of nausea. Right before I eat I try to make myself be craving something. I am trying to ignore the feelings of menstrual cramps, maybe they are something else? Gas? The egg attaching to the wall? God Himself??? Everything I am feeling I am trying to relate it to being pregnant. I can NOT accept the fact that my chances of becoming pregnant are so low. It's driving me insane. Completely.

I went to a baby shower today. It was all rubber ducks. It's exactly what I wanted to do with my baby. I have had it planned for years. The girl that is pregnant is the same girl that months ago with her first ultra sound exclaimed, "Look! It's so small it looks like a dot. So we call him Spot!" Uuuuugh. I promise if/when I ever get pregnant, I will NOT call him/her Spot. Anyway, the shower was sooo freaking cute. They even had little rubber duckies floating in the baby BLUE punch. UGh. Why couldn't it be me?

I want a baby.

I played the piano today for my baby. However, what I probably did, was played the piano for my Uterus. LOL That sounded funny.

Leave a Note

Did you know that Moonlight Sonata is a lullaby? Well, you probably do but I don't think most people do. It was a surprise to me - I've always thought it was rather sorrowful sounding.

RYN: Adding an MP3 to your front page

The best way would be to host your MP3 on a website (like a personal site or one of the "online file storage" places). Then you would just type something like this into your description:

listen to my song

Some people would try to do something like this:

<embed src="my_song.mp3" volume="50" height="60" width="144">

but that doesn't work for a lot of people (me for instance). There is no reliable way to make music automatically play for everyone that looks at your diary main page.

Sorry!

I just wanted to let you know that you ovulate 14 days prior to your period. Just thought that you might be interested in that. You can figure out when you should've ovulated if you have regular cycles, count back 14 days from when you are suppost to start your period and see that way when you did ovulate. Your egg only has a window of 24 hrs to be fertilized.Just some info for you. good luck! [One Crazy Mom] 9/17/2006 1:10:41 AM
RYN: Haven't written it because I don't know. [Babyslime] [p] 9/17/2006 1:48:08 AM
Nah. Too much information would be pictures of the tampon with a caption saying, "I don't know, it looks like it might just be spotting!"

I think its more like 48 to 72 hrs with an optimum point of 24hrs, and you will get pregnant when its time, and i know sometimes its hard to be patient but everything workes out in the end. [Doller Bill] [p] 9/17/2006 3:10:15 AM
I had what I thought were menstrual cramps right before I found out I was pregnant. Actually, it was more of that crappy bloated feeling.

That made me laugh- the playing the piano for your uterus part, I mean. [ephemera] [p] 9/17/2006 4:15:11 PM

RYN: That's cool, it was a VERY GOOD DAY! [Lilacs] 9/18/2006 7:49:47 AM
RYN: erotica

I found it extremely difficult to write erotica. It seems that the majority of erotica written by/for men is crude and/or vulgar (they aren't breasts they're "boobs" or "tits" for instance) while erotica written by/for women tends to avoid naming body parts at all.

I was just over at the OD boards and I saw this:

http://boards.opendiary.com/tm.asp?m=91210

which talks about what you are wanting to do. It looks like I told you right but if you try it and have any problems you might try asking there as well.

I'm betting your music would work for the vast majority of people. Just weirdos like me wouldn't hear it. :-)

RYN: Yes, I did tell him that. He apologized and said that wasnt his intent or the cause of the problem, and we decided we would work on it. [Slytherin Blood] 9/19/2006 10:58:35 PM
Menstrual cramping can be a sign of pregnancy... look for boob soreness!!! Those are the top 2 signs. Good luck with everything!!! I wish you many many babies!! [Slytherin Blood]
