What Have I Done? Saturday, September 09, 2006
C is back in my life... and is he ever back!
So he and I were talking online. It went something like this:
Him: I love Michigan Me: Me too. Him: I want to die here. Him: I want to be buried here. Me: I can arrange that. Him: I want to have kids here, can you arrange that too? Me: I can arrange that too. Let's go! Him: LOL Me: I am on my way! Him: Waiting. Oh and none of the morning after crap. Me: I'll be barefoot and pregnant in one month.... heck, I am barefoot now, so I am halfway there. Him: Come over. That's a dare. Me: It's against the law to drive barefoot in Michigan.
Ok, so this is the crazy part... no this is one of the crazy things. Every time we talk he asks me if I am seeing anyone. Another thing crazy is he has NEVER said he wants kids. Ever. And this is the craziest thing. You all may want to sit down for this.
I took his dare. I went there, had sex, and slept over. No protection. No day after pill. Nothing. Just put it there in God's hands. Now I know it's not very likely that I will get pregnant with one time. However, this is so nerve wracking. What will I tell my family? My parents are pretty strict Catholics. They will freak out. The scary part about that all is, I don't really mind. I will be 31 in 17 days. I just all of a sudden feel it's time for me to do something about my life. I want kids, but I keep waiting. I am done waiting.
I have sooo much more to say about this, but I am tired.
We'll see what happens.

i think you wanted it and nobody else has a right to tell you that it was a wrong decision. you do what you choose to do. just know it DOES happen with just one try. my husband was a virgin, i was on the pill, we used a condom, AND spermicide. it lasted for a few seconds..i didnt even know he started! I got pregnant. it happens! [muted exposure] [p]
