I'm out of work and it feels personal.
They went from screen printing to digital and there were places for some/a lot of people but not me.
Nov. 15 is my last day.

Wow, so sorry to hear of this. No wonder your work meeting was moved up. I'm sure it will take some time to sink in. Bad news for sure.

I wrote some more and noted you in OD. Thank you for the offer of calling. I will soon. It got too late - it was too early and then it was too late.
I don't think I'm going back. They have changed things. Though they told us to apply - at the other part so that is what I'll do. They could have been more gracious. They told us we would have a chance there but then kind of tossed us out on the step. I will talk to puppy dog Bahr. But in s sense I just want out. You know?

Hope you're having a decent week. Started reading Claire Messud's The Woman Upstairs. 1st person teacher. Really nice writing. Quoted Proust on front page - and I understood what he was saying. Was about a lover creating a third person - the person that is loved, is not really the other person. Wise, I thought. He took a lot more words to say it though.

You've been through so many ups and downs with them. I still wonder if this is a seasonal thing for them, or if the digital will really replace the people. I know you wanted to work a few more years.
