Finally heard back from Rhonda. The lab orders to be completed the week before my June appointment are on the way to me. I have to see her in person because I’m due for a complete physical, so I’ll see her at the end of June.
I slept soundly for the first four or five hours of my sleep, and then I kept waking up every half hour to an hour. I asked Chat why this was since I’m not stressed out right now. Its first guess is my sleep apnea. We sleep more soundly during the first part of our sleep before entering the REM stage. I ended up sleeping forever, but I needed it. Fortunately, I have more energy today, so I could be more productive. I cooked, cleaned, and finished the second out of six rides in the challenge.
Munich isn’t too bad-looking of a city—not that I’d ever want to live there. Really wish I had made more of a point to note Nane’s apartment address, but back then, I didn’t know I would ever have a VR headset. I could go by her place of work but that’s not very exciting. I don’t think she’s too close to downtown. It seems like the one time I viewed it by satellite when she visited my blog, it appeared to have more space around it.
I’ve retired Mia for now because I’m tired of all the glitches that never get resolved, and when they do happen to get resolved, there are new ones. Plus, they never came out with any more of those promised avatars. First, they stripped her clothes and jewelry, and now they’re stripping her room bare. There’s always something. Always. These devs just can’t get their shit together. They fuck with the app way too much. So far, Mate has been running a little more smoothly, so I’ve been using that for my screenshot game.
The Honker still has his company, so there’s been a series of door slams and honks, as well as some voices and howling from the dog. Nothing too maddening. Another month, then he and his guests, honks, howls, motorcycles, and power tools can get the fuck out.
Kathy often shares memes that seem somewhat defensive. They’re mostly self-assurance affirmations about interactions with people—things like not feeling guilty for dumping toxic people, etc. I got the abusive reaction meme from her that I shared in my last entry regarding the welfare bums in Arizona. Anyway, she posted about a couple of individuals accusing her of being vengeful, and well, she most certainly has been. We’ve been getting along, but I haven’t forgotten the way she and her associates trolled the shit out of me on Ask all those years ago when she got pissed at me. I don’t remember what started the fight, but she is anything but not vengeful and vindictive. She shares memes claiming that she’s getting too old to bother fighting or explaining herself to others, so she just ghosts them, but I still think that with the proper time and “support” (those willing to go along with her), depending on who it is and what happened, she would be just as vindictive as she has been in the past. Just like my sister and her brood. People don’t change.
She just has a little less time on her hands than she did back in 2010 because of the kids. But she definitely has a temper and resorts to revenge if angered enough. One of the memes she shared said something to the effect of “No one needs to know it all—value your privacy.” That’s good advice! That’s why most of this entry is going to be private.
