I’ve officially lost 10 pounds since I started working out, although I haven’t done so in two or three weeks, and I’ve been eating ALL THE PIE… hah. I’ve been sick, so that’s probably why. Whenever I’m sick, I lose a pound.
I have like 17 pounds to go… I’m at 127 and I’d like to be at 110, but I’ll take between 120 and 115 too. Last time I quit trying to lose weight at 116 and then I lost 4 pounds after I quit working out and then I got pregnant with my second kid.
So meh. I still wasn’t happy with my body at 112 but this time I’ll focus more on toning. My tummy was still very dough-like. It’ll probably be that way for a long time, since I’ve had two kids and whatnot and I wasn’t doing any strength exercises. This time I will though! I’m done having kids, so I need to focus on getting myself put back together.
On the plus side, I’ve lost 35 pounds since my last week of pregnancy with Lorelei. :D
