Yes, it reaches double figures. Last weeks quote:
“Can’t wait to tell my friends.”

First answer came from purple_mage:
I am sure that has to be said in “friends” probably by monaca when she bags some rich guy and he is great.

Next was Corbeau:
Said in Buffy the Vampire Slayer by Spike portrayed by the delicious James Marsters. Preceded by “It’s a big rock”. It is said after the unveiling of the obelisk that houses Acathla. It is followed by “They don’t have a rock this big.” Angelus – “Spike, boy, you never did learn your history.” Spike – “Let’s have a lesson then” I love that episode. *sigh* I can’t wait until the Buffy DVD is released in the US.

It’s been available for a while on DVD in Britain (ha, ha!) Next answer was supplied by Polter-Cow:
“It’s a big rock. Can’t wait to tell my friends. They don’t have a rock this big.” –the inimitable Spike I love that quote. I missed Angel and forgot to tape it! Dammit!

Next up, Rodge. Who tried a novel approach:
Cant wait to tell my friends. THERE! I just said it then! I WIN AGAIN! Can I have some of the girders now? Or at least tell me where I can buy some.

Nice try. Except for two things. A) you said it in a note left in the entry. Therefore, I could not be quoting you. B) even if it did count, you declared yourself the winner, which is breaking the rules. You would therefore be disqualified.

N.B. I did phone about the Girders for you, but I could not get through. I did hear something about filing for bankruptcy though.

Back to the quiz. It was indeed Spike in the Buffy episode Beginnings pt 1. It is also part of my e-mail sig.

This weks quote:
“And I think somebody somewhere must be tolling a bell.”

You have a week.

Good luck.

Will
